The bus driver will be waiting at the arrivals hall; you can recognize him as he is holding this TNT sign:

CHECK IN

13.00 – 21.00 hrs at the park hotel reception (not the main reception)

Please follow the TNT signs. The keys to the cottage will be handed over to the coordinator(s).

CAPTAINS BRIEFING

Please make sure your are in time!!! The briefing starts at 20.00 hrs at Hotel Restaurant. Some of you are not able to attend this briefing because of late arrival. To gather the information, we advice you to contact one of your fellow- country coordinators.

CHECK OUT

Keys to the cottages must be returned to the main reception (not the hotel reception).Whenever keys are lost or not given back, you will be charged.

DEPARTURE ARRANGEMENTS

Please make sure you are ready at the main reception desk

3 hours before departure of your flight (<4 for the Ukraine). We have to take into account that you might get into a traffic jam. If any changes appear regarding your departure time, I will let you know ASAP.
